Who is behind this
Beauty Client Assist is built by YEC Holdings LLC, a small software company in Denver, Colorado.
It is run by Dane Dedrickson, who spent years in staffing and sales watching businesses lose work between the inquiry and the appointment. That gap is what this product is about.
How it is being built
We separate what has been built from what is still being validated.
The product started as booking automation for nail salons. Research challenged four of the original product's value assumptions, so we changed the product instead of keeping the old pitch.
What survived is the part that held up: businesses deliberately keep some work out of self-booking, and those conversations need handling before anything can be scheduled.
